What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay through our secure Shopify checkout.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders quickly, but if you need to make a change please email us at touchofswan@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you before your order ships.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Canada and the United States.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Canada:
Standard shipping — 3 to 5 business days
Expedited shipping — 1 to 2 business days
United States:
Standard International shipping — 3 to 6 business days
Please note that as this is a small business run by myself, the processing time is 1 to 2 business days before your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Your shipping will be calculated at checkout. We offer FREE Standard shipping for orders 145$ and over for Canadian orders and FREE for orders 107 USD and over for US orders.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes — once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We currently do not accept returns or offer refunds on change of mind purchases. We encourage you to read all product descriptions carefully and reach out before purchasing if you have any questions — we are always happy to help you find the right piece.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We take great care in packaging every order, but if your piece arrives damaged, please contact touchofswan@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will make it right!

Packaging
How will my order be packaged?
Every Touch of Swan order comes in a jewelry box and velvet pouch to keep your pieces safe as we believe the unboxing should feel just as special as the piece itself. Orders are then carefully packaged in a shipping box for safe delivery.
