At Touch of Swan, we want to make sure you love the jewelry you receive. If it's not quite right, here's how returns work.

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in their original packaging. Returns are available to customers in the United States and Canada.

To start a return, email us within 14 days of delivery for approval and next steps.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unworn, in original condition, and free of visible damage
• All original packaging must be included (box, pouch)
  

Non-returnable items:

• Sale items
  
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  

Return Shipping & Refunds

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Once received and approved, returns are issued to your method of payment

U.S. Orders: Due to customs, processing, shipping, and restocking costs, 20% of the order value is non-refundable. The remaining balance will be issued once the return is approved.
